Data we process
Evalua stores workplace identification data, assignments, answers, results, sessions, and events needed to administer assessments. The organization operating the platform defines the purposes and retention periods.
Isolation and access
Each organization has an independent data workspace. Access requires a valid session and permissions granted by the organization. Correct answers and other people's data are restricted according to role and configuration.
Security
Passwords are stored using a secure derivation function, tokens are stored as hashes, and operational secrets are encrypted. Critical actions create an audit trail without logging passwords, tokens, or sensitive answer content.
Rights and retention
Requests for access, correction, export, anonymization, or deletion are handled by the organization's administrator, subject to applicable employment, legal, and audit obligations.
